MIX MARTIAL ARTS

MMA is a combat sport which utilises all the high points of various martial arts like boxing, Muay Thai and kick boxing to name a few. A total body workout, this  program will leave you equipped with all the basic skills and sequencing techniques while simultaneously helping you torch calories, increase muscular strength and improve your cardio endurance. A typical day in MMA training can consist of workouts that run the gamut from shadow boxing, partner drills, pad work, bag work, kickboxing, takedowns, submissions and position controls to simply learning self-defence moves. The result? A perfect shredded body with the agility and confidence of a professional fighter.

In life, you never know what you’re going to be up against. But, even your biggest worry has got nothing on our axle bars. Train with our fantastic range of equipments, specially designed to prepare an athlete who’s unafraid of lifting heavy – we mean, real heavy. Flip a tyre, drag a sled, do a deadlift (try one with a car, even), squat to your quad’s content or simply bench press. Train, so you can one day warm up with somebody’s max – we might as well call this our slogan.

Sure, The sight of a rugged garage gym with farmer’s walk handles, the Yoke, wooden logs, a 300 kg tyre and someone doing a deadlift on a car is intimidating, to say the least. But, this very unusual yet effective set up is our ticket to becoming the country’s most fully furnished strongman gyms.

THE GYM

At Knockdown, we’re focused on giving you the best strength building facility so you can achieve your body goals regardless of whether you’re a serious bodybuilder or someone who is just starting out. Unlike other ‘garage gyms’, ours is not filled with a sea of worthless, monstrous equipments. Instead, our 13500 sq.ft sprawling area boasts of superior, state-of-the-art machines from Jerai, who are our fitness partners. In addition to these revolutionary machines, you will also find a large selection of free weights – comprising of dumbbells, kettlebells and bars – conducive to a fulfilling workout.
